Next Level Legacy Funding Refund Policy

TNK Solutions, LLC (operating under the brand “Next Level Legacy”) is committed to delivering transformative, results-driven mentorship and digital programs. We proudly stand behind the value of our content when it is studied, implemented, and executed with consistency.
By enrolling in any Next Level Legacy program, the Client agrees to pay the full agreed-upon investment upfront or to follow a pre-approved payment plan. If a payment plan is selected, the Client authorizes automatic recurring charges according to the agreed-upon billing schedule.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a program, course, digital product, or service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are receiving non-returnable digital content, training, and intellectual property, which are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Missed sessions
– Lack of participation
– Perceived lack of results
– Personal scheduling conflicts or life events
Failure to make payments as agreed constitutes a breach of this agreement. TNK Solutions, LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances using legal channels, including but not limited to third-party collection agencies or legal action. The Client will be responsible for any additional fees incurred, including collection agency costs, legal fees, and court expenses.
Confidentiality
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to treat all content, strategies, systems, and communication shared by TNK Solutions, LLC (Next Level Legacy) as strictly confidential. This includes—but is not limited to—business models, marketing systems, digital tools, coaching strategies, funding playbooks, client databases, training recordings, private messaging, and live coaching sessions.
Definition of Confidential Information:
“Confidential Information” includes any written, verbal, or digital materials shared by TNK Solutions, LLC or its representatives, including internal operations, templates, pricing models, coaching insights, member discussions, and participant feedback. This also includes personal information or progress shared by other mentees.
Breach of Confidentiality:
Any reproduction, resale, public sharing, or distribution of Confidential Information without written consent will result in immediate legal action. The Client understands that monetary damages may be inadequate, and agrees that TNK Solutions, LLC has the right to seek injunctive relief or equitable remedies in addition to pursuing financial compensation.
Respecting Community Privacy:
Clients are welcome to share their own wins, testimonials, or transformations publicly. However, the private conversations, results, or experiences of other mentees must remain confidential and may not be reposted, quoted, or disclosed in any form.
Termination of Access
TNK Solutions, LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any product, service, or mentorship program under the Next Level Legacy brand at any time, without refund, if the Client violates any part of this agreement. This includes (but is not limited to):
Non-payment or defaulting on a payment plan
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct toward mentors, staff, or community members
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected content or materials
Breach of confidentiality agreement
By purchasing from TNK Solutions, LLC, you agree to these terms and waive your right to dispute or reverse any payments made for digital services, mentorship, or educational materials.
